This winter, Fitzpatrick’s decided to take on the world – literally. Every 4th Friday of the month we’ve been hosting a Food Flight to take you on a taste bud-guided tour of the world’s cuisines.
This month have a seat at the grand table and enjoy a private feast with friends while sipping virgin Sweet Tea Mint Juleps. Join us for this ONE NIGHT ONLY DINNER – Friday, March 22nd at 6 PM when we celebrate our own heritage with a tribute to Southern cuisine. Expect 5 courses of satisfying gourmet comfort food including Shrimp Jambalaya, Slow Smoked BBQ Spare Ribs, Crawfish Mac and Cheese, Fried Chicken and Waffles and Pecan Bourbon Pie. A mix of Native American, African, and European flavors, Southern food is a uniquely American creation grown out of hardship and necessity – as all the best things are. Relax and enjoy our Jazz & Blues playlist featuring favorites such as BB King, Louis Armstrong, and Muddy Waters.
Past food flights included the Caribbean, Germany, and India. In February, we journeyed to France where we indulged with decadent menu selections including Duck Confit, Ratatouille, Beef Wellington, and Crepes Suzette.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to pair with dinner while enjoying views of the region in our Fitz media room.
Get ready for our final flight of the season with a trip to historic Italy on Friday, April 26th. Seating is limited and will require advance reservations.
